Dr. Avin is a licensed rehabilitation psychologist and certified supervisor, holding both a Master's and PhD from Bar-Ilan University.
She works at Soroka Medical Center, where she oversees the rehabilitation psychology internship program and serves as the lead psychologist in the Department for the Treatment of Eating Disorders in Children and Adolescents.
Dr. Avin has over a decade of experience in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), including training clinical teams and students in various settings.
She also holds training and experience in treating trauma and anxiety in children and adolescents.
